My great must try products!

Ok people do I have a product for you to try! I know you don’t know me from adam but please you have to try these cloths. They are soooo great! Your skin is so soft you will have a grin size of Texas. Guys you too. All the rough skin you have….oh yea! You use just little bit of soap and it goes crazy. Exfoliates, more sanitary, your going to wonder why you never heard of them. Or maybe you did just didn’t try it. When you use it please use with a baby wash. No perfumes etc. or a organic product. Then after slather on some great cream. Next day feel your skin…oh yea thats what i’m talking about! After a week using it on body and face!!!! You will be hooked. First you might think its too rough. Just scrub lightly in sensitive areas. You will know. Use little wash because will foam up easily. Ok people here it is…I don’t get anything from this site. Please try this and let me know how you like it.



If you don’t think 5 pounds is not a good weight loss. When getting groceries pick up 5 pounds of sugar! Helps you feel good and it is a big deal! 😉

Weight Loss

Ok learning about what works. I am down 61/2 pounds. Slow but sure. I do eat or drink things I shouldn’t. But I found away to do it an not gain. But I do try to eat healthy most of time. No diet food. You can gain weight on that stuff. Im losing faster now that I figured out a few things.

Ok my weight has been hovering. But heard something on tv. Mentioned having protein at each meal. Serving size people!!!! Lol. And I have been doing this except dinner. Not a dinner person. So I opted for 2 scrambled eggs and a veggie drink. Wow weight dropped! Oh happy dance!!!! You can have bread certain way for breakfast and lunch. Stay away from diet foods!!

Have Your Cake And Diet Too

Ok been awhile letting you know of my progress. Did I mess up? I will call it, allowed myself to have something. Lol I went to an Indian pow wow. I think your suppose to call it something different. But not sure what so forgive me. Anyways I had some indian fry bread tacos. Did I feel bad? Nope. It was something I haven’t had in years. Will not have in probably another year. Plus i did a lot of walking too. But i enjoyed it and just kept going on my diet. I would of felt bad eating something I could of ate everyday. I still felt in control because it was a conscious decision.
I found that my weight was going little up and down until I picked up my water intake. Not a water drinker. And you have to walk more. If you do not like to exercise than you need to walk fast for 20-30 min a day. It will get things moving inside and will help get rid of your waste and waist. Lol Take care of you!

Code of Honor

I read something that really made me think and am going to do. It’s called Code of Honor. It helps turn people into champions. It is a set of rules that you are unwilling to compromise in all areas of your life that are important to you, like your health, business, money etc. ex: never give up on yourself, be responsible for your own actions, never let your partner, teammate down etc. then share this with your partner or teammates. Every time you break this code they can call you on it. Bottom line is you have to be willing to call yourself on it or others to make yourself truly accountable. You will make mistakes but you learn to except responsibility for your actions. Not the excuses we come up with.
Bottom line is: if you cheat on you, the most important person of all, what would you do to your partner or teammates? Is that how you’d act under pressure?

My Goal

I’m so proud! My boyfriend and I went to Starbucks. He got ice tea and wanted to know what I wanted. I said nothing. He asked me few times. I said to myself my goal is more important than a sugar drink. I’m not going for instant gratification. I felt so much empowered then. I was in control. I’m more important! Happy, healthy Sunday!!
